Ever wonder what all those designations behind a Realtor's name mean?  A CRS, or Certified Residential Specialist, defines success.  To earn the CRS designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements.  I am honored to have become one of only 4% of the nation's Realtors who have earned this designation.

As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), I help over 40 families each year to successfully relocate to Charlotte, and find the home of their dreams ...... one at at time.

Finding homes or condos for newcomers is both my specialty, and my passion. I am a former south Charlotte homeowner, and presently live in a SouthEnd high rise condo which suits my active Realtor lifestyle. For me, real estate is so much more than finding the right home at the right time. It is creating and enjoying the relationship with clients which becomes a valued friendship that remains long after the home transaction is closed.

  I have listed and sold property all over our Charlotte area including Huntersville, Matthews, Indian Trail, Weddington, Harrisburg, Lake Wylie and Lake Norman, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and some of the finest neighborhoods within Charlotte.  As a native and resident here for over 45 years, I know the school systems, the commute times, the best places nearby to shop and dine, where your kids can play soccer, and how the local neighborhoods are doing with value and appreciation.  I am also a licensed South Carolina Realtor.

Prior to my real estate career, I started, owned and managed my own business for fourteen years, Charlotte Camera, which was the foremost professional/advanced amateur photo store of it's kind in North and South Carolina.  I sold the business in 2001 and began my real estate career.  But this means more to you than my ability to take a good picture!  My years in business have served me well in my communication skills, sales and marketing ability, negotiating offers and contracts, and an in-depth knowledge of our community.
